  • Kana - denotes the Japanese name and pronunciation.
  • Romaji - used for the pronunciation of the Japanese name.
  • Japanese - denotes the Japanese name.
  • Original Name - denotes the character's original name, mostly used for Nobodies.
  • Origin - denotes the original world or universe the character comes from.
  • Alias - denotes any other names or nicknames the character may have.
  • Type - denotes whether the character is Human, a Nobody or something entirely different.
  • Role - used to denote whether the character is the Protagonist of a story, an Ally, a Villain or a Neutral character.
  • Age - denotes the characters age.
  • Gender- denotes the character's gender whether they are male or female.
  • Alignment- denotes the character whether they're good, neutral, or evil.
  • World - denotes the world where the character comes from. If unknown, write the world where they first appear.
  • Other residences - denotes the other places in which the character has lived.
  • Family - denotes any persons related to the character.
  • Weapon - denotes the character's weapon preference.
  • Attribute - denotes the elemental affinity or the "special power" of the character, if any.
  • Status - denotes whether the character is dead or alive.
  • English Voice - the box where the English voice actor who is credited to the character goes to.
  • Japanese Voice - the box where the Japanese voice actor who is credited to the character goes to.

Also note that all of the columns (except for name) are optional. Which means that they do not need to be included.
