The Black Cross King was the supreme leader of the Black Cross Army (黒十字軍 'Kuro Jūjigun'). He was not only the GoRengers’ archenemy, but also begrudges the Super Sentai as a whole.[1]
In Marvel VS Super Sentai, the Stark Administration briefly considered reviving the Black Cross King to fight for them, but Lord Drakkon instead created a new monster from the souls of the Black Cross Fuhrer’s four generals and Steel Sword Dragon, called Quinte-Mask. Quinte-Mask sought to avenge the Black Cross Army by destroying the GoRengers, only to be destroyed by the Shin Avengers[2]. Aka Renger also labeled Lord Stark as another King of Terror and a disgrace to all Red Rangers rolled into one.
