Once the Anti-Bio Union's greatest assassin, and one of the Biomen's most dangerous enemies, Silva was reborn to serve the Stark Administration's agenda to eradicate all the Avengers and Super Sentai.
Personality[]
Silva is a ruthless, relentless living weapon who will not stop until he wipes Bio Particles off the face of the universe forever. His destructive mindset has even extended his hostilities to the entire Super Sentai, the Kamen Riders[1], and now the Avengers and Neo Revengers.
Story[]
While the Shin Avengers were meeting up with the Biomen, Agent Abrella reconstructed Silva and let him loose on the New York City Subway, killing hundreds if not thousands in his first battle with the Neo Revengers. His mecha Balzion was also rebuilt to be used in Silva's next attack on France, and although it was destroyed, Silva survived its destruction, as well as a failed suicide attack from Vision.[2]
Silva continued to help the Stark Administration hunt down it's enemies up until his destruction by Shuri during the Battle of Starktopia 01.

Trivia[]
- Despite exploding upon his first death[3], like many other Tokuverse villains, Silva does not explode after being killed by Shuri. Incidentally, Iron Maiden has the similarly odd distinction of blowing up in the usual Super Sentai fashion after Pepper kills her.
- Silva's english voice actor previously did stunt work for the first Iron Man movie, and also for Mortal Kombat(the 1995 film), MK:Conquest, and MK:Annihilation.
- In fact, Silva's voice and role in Marvel VS Super Sentai is similar Cyrax in Mortal Kombat Annihilation.
